PSNH Opens New Facility in Hooksett

A new 70,000 square foot warehouse and office facility on Legends Drive in Hooksett now serves as the headquarters for the Construction, Test and Maintenance Division of PSNH’s Transmission Group. A dedication ceremony in October, involving company, local, and state dignitaries, officially opened the facility. The building will provide space to consolidate transmission employees and equipment at one central location.
PSNH has a strong presence in and relationship with Hooksett. In addition to the new facility, Hooksett is also the home to a PSNH area work center and a maintenance and repair complex.
“This new building provides a modern, efficient, and centralized hub for our transmission group,” noted Gary Long, PSNH president and chief operating officer. “And, it also reflects a commitment by PSNH and Northeast Utilities to building and maintaining a reliable infrastructure to ensure quality electric service to New Hampshire customers for years to come.”
