NH Energy Efficiency Programs Earn Top Honors

Manchester, NH March 28, 2013 – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded Public Service of New Hampshire and the NH CORE Utilities its 2013 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award for their contributions to reducing greenhouse gas emission by delivering energy efficiency information and services to their customers. The award was presented this week at an EPA ceremony in Washington D.C.

New KSC Building Earns Energy-Efficiency Rebate

Keene State College has received $150,000 in incentive rebates from PSNH through its New Equipment and Construction program for energy-efficient equipment installed in the new Technology, Design, and Safety (TDS) Center. The College installed energy-efficient heating, ventilation, lighting, and air conditioning systems that brought the TDS Center to the highest standard for energy efficiency in new construction, qualifying it for LEED Platinum certification.
