DERRY, N.H., May 20, 2011—Public Service of New Hampshire and the NH Electric Cooperative are advising their customers in the Greater Derry area of the need to undertake a planned power outage in the evening on Tuesday, May 24, between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Although a 2-hour time period has been reserved in order to move a new substation on Scobie Pond Road into service, the actual power outage should take up to 15 minutes, if installation and testing goes as planned.
